Translated from Latin to Polish, and then from Polish to English, the record states:
…to the Skaskowizna sections and half to the sections of the heirs of the deceased Andrzej Niedziałkowski.
Also, nine plots by Adam Klonowski, son of the deceased Tomasz, and Jakub Klonowski sons of the deceased Łukasz, an ancestor of Wojciech Grabowski, mortgaged for 20 florins in the local records after the fourth Sunday of Lent in the year 1699, starting from the border of Zaleński to the Przasnysz road between the boundary line of Franciszek Klonowski and the same Adam Klonowski, and occupied by the heirs of the deceased Andrzej Niedziałkowski, awarded to the same Wojciech Grabowski.
Also, six plots near the above nine plots, near the boundary line between Kobusowski, received by Wojciech Grabowski in the previous congressional decree and connected to the Łojewizna sections, being in possession of Melchior Niedziałkowski was returned in the present decree.
Also 12 plots in [Płoski?] against 18 plots by Szymon Niedziałkowski, son of the deceased Andrzej, to Jakub Klonowski, son of the deceased Łukasz, a former inheritor of Skaskowizna, for the sum of 100 florins, mortgaged in the local records on Thursday, the day after the Feast of St. Idzi, Abbot in the year 1700, starting from the marshy meadows to the Zaleński border to the Przasnysz road between the boundary line between Franciszek Klonowski and the same Adam Klonowski, and occupied by the heirs of the deceased Andrzej Niedziałkowski, was awarded to the same Wojciech Grabowski.
Also, meadows, about 8 plots from moat to moat between the Łojewska sections and the lands of the heirs of the deceased Andrzej Niedziałkowski and being in the possession of those heirs, were attached by the court to the Skaskowizna sections of Grabowski.
Also, five plots from Błota to Przeczy between the Skaskowizna section and the lands of the heirs of the deceased Andrzej Niedziałkowski, desired by Grabowski for the Skaskowizna section, the court could not settle.
