Translated from Latin to Polish, and then from Polish to English, the record states:
…and his wife, Marianna Sokołowska, and also by Michał Klonowski, son of the deceased Józef and his wife Ewa Łaguna for John, signatory of Ciechanów and Kazimierz Młodzianowski, son of the deceased Andrzej, in the local records on the Monday after Tranfiguration Sunday in the year 1685, along with a pledge under this gift, whereas through this Młodzianowski, further gifts for Andrzej Niedziałkowski, son of the deceased Walenty in the local acts on Wednesday, the day after the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord in the year 1691, along with the inclusion in the local records on Monday before the feast of the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the year 1691,
– Also, the tradition of the idle lands of the deceased Adam Klonowski in the Klonowo estates for His Majesty’s Regiment of Guards in the local records on the Monday after the feast of St. Anne, the mother of Our Blessed Virgin Mary in the year 1727, by the Oblates through Jan Raab, governor of the same regiment on his behalf and that of the entire regiment, this for Franciszek Niedziałkowski, son of the deceased Andrzej in the records of the Wójt of Ciechanów on the Monday of the feast of St. Lucia, Virgin and Martyr in the year 1728, assignable,
– Finally, a copy of the inventory of the movable goods and crops, the movable and immovable property located in Klonowo, and leased by Sebastian, Lukasz, and Szymon Niedziałkowski, Stanisław Młodzianowski, and his wife Marianna Rembielińska, in Klonowo, on Wednesday after the feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord in the year 1695,
No other documents were produced, either by hand, by neighbors, or by witnesses.
The main part of the process, that is, Wojciech Grabowski, Krzysztof, Melchior, and Józef Niedziałkowski, Paweł and Rafał Długołęcki relied too much on the earlier decree of the congressional court in Klonowo, which brought violence, damages,…
