Translated from Latin to Polish, and then from Polish to English, the record states:

…in person,
– Eva Niedziałkowska, widow of the deceased Jakub Długołęcki, defendant, in person,
– Konstancja Milewska, wife of Wojciech Grabowski, named above, defendant and indicated, in the assistance of her husband, in person,
– Stanisław, son of the deceased Ludwik, Paweł and Rafał, sons of the deceased Kazimierz, all Długołęckis, indicated, in person,
– Maciej, father, and Franciszek, son, Długołęckis, indicated.
All called by Paweł Łaguna on the settlement and demarcation of property, which is to be held on the Monday after the fifth Sunday of Lent in the next year, 1757.

This happened in the border negotiations, on the Monday after the fifth Sunday of Lent in the year 1757 on the lands of the Klonowo estates, in the presence of the nobles Paweł and Tomasz Łaguna, both municipal burgraves of Ciechanów, Stanisław Długołęcki and others, as well as the court usher Jan Pawlak from Golan .  The parties are the nobles:
Wojciech Grabowski, plaintiff and defendant, present in person,
– Krzysztof Niedziałkowski and his wife Konstancja Żaboklicka, parents; Ignacy Niedzialkowski and his wife Zofia Kamińska, son and daughter-in-law, the defendants and plaintiffs, in person,
– Melchior Niedziałkowski and Miss Agnieszka Niedziałkowska, siblings, defendant and identified, represented by Melchior Niedziałkowski on behalf of himself, his sister and his servants, in person,
– Józef, Wincenty, Kazimierz, Jakub, and Miss Marianna, all children of the deceased Adam Niedziałkowski, defendants and indicated, represented by Józef Niedziałkowski on behalf of himself, his brothers and sister, in person,
– Ewa Niedziałkowska, widow of the deceased Jakub…
