Mossaki Łączka This happened in the church-owned village of Krasne on the second day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-eight at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Jan Chodkowski, possessor of a lease in Mossaki Łączka, twenty-six years of age, and Walenty Grzybowski, owner of a part [of the village] in [Mossaki] Łączka, sixty years of age, both residing in [Mossaki] Łączka, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of five in the afternoon, Marianna Chodkowska died, residing in [Mossaki] Łączka, four [years] and six months of age, the daughter of Jan Chodkowski and Joanna his wife of [Mossaki] Łączka. After visual confirmation of the death of Chodkowska, this document was read aloud to the declarants of whom the first is the father and the second is not related, and was signed, whereas the people named in the document do not know how to write. — — [signed] The Reverend Józef Kosmowski, curate of the parish of Krasne

I have not found a Birth and Baptismal Record for Marianna Chodkowska, but her age at death (four years, six months) implies that she was born in October 1823.

In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-five, on the twenty-ninth day of the month of July at the hour of three in the afternoon, before Us, preacher and curate of the Krasne parish, Clerk of the Civil State of the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obwód in the Płock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, twenty-three years of age, holder of the noble parts [of the village] and residing in Mossaki Łączka, father of the deceased, and Wawrzeniec Mossakowski, sixty years of age, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Mossaki Łączka, neighbor of the deceased, and he reported to Us that yesterday in the same year at the hour of two in the afternoon, in the home of her family at number eight, Franciszka Chodkowska died, one year and three months of age, daughter of the afore-mentioned Jan Chodkowski, and his wife, the well-born Joanna née Kobylińska Chodkowska, twenty-two years of age. Whereupon, the present record of death was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by the witness Wawrzeniec Mossakowski; the father does not know how to write.

He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 25 January 1827.

6. Mossaki Łączka - This happened in the church-owned village o Krasne on the twenty-fifth day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-seven at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, possessor of a lease of the noble parts [of the village], twenty-eight years of age and residing in Mossaki Łączka, Krasne parish, in the presence of the well-born Walenty Grzybowski, sixty four years of age, and Marcin Milewski, sixty-four years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Mossaki Łączka, and he showed us a child of the male sex born yesterday at the hour of seven in the evening in Mossaki Łączka in his house at number two of his wife Joanna née Kobylińska, twenty three years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day by the Reverend Norbert Zalewski, preacher at this church, was given the name Ignacy, and his Godparents were the above-mentioned Walenty Grzybowski and Marianna his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and was signed by us. The father and the witnesses do not know how to write. – [signed] The Reverend Norbert Zalewski, Preacher of the Parish of Krasne.
