138Â Chodkowo.
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the nineteenth of November / first of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Ignacy Chodkowski, father of the deceased, twenty-eight years of age and Alojzy Kobyliński, sixty years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo, and they declared that on this day at the hour of two after midnight Franciszek Chodkowski died in Chodkowo, age one-half year, residing with his parents in Chodkowo, son of the afore-mentioned Ignacy Chodkowski and Katarzyna née Bartold, a married couple. After visual confirmation of the death of Franciszek Chodkowski, this document was read to the declarants who do not know how to write and was signed by Us.
