Stanisław Chodkowski, son of Ignacy Chodkowski and Katarzyna Bartold, was born on 09 December 1854 in Chodkowo, Maków Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Płoniawy, Maków Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 17 December 1854.

140 . Chodkowo.
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the fifth / seventeenth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of twelve noon. There appeared Ignacy Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo, twenty-seven years of age, accompanied by Stanisław Roman, thirty-four years of age, together with Fabian Zabielski, fifty-two years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo, and he showed us a child of the male sex born in Chodkowo on the twenty-seventh day of November / ninth day of December in the same year at the hour of ten at night of his wife Katarzyna née Bartold, twenty-seven years of age. At Holy Baptism performed on this day, the child was given the name Stanisław, and his godparents were the married couple Stanisław and Marianna Roman. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed by Us alone.
