â„– 29Â Chodkowo Wielkie
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the second / fourteenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-five at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Ignacy Chodkowski, father of the deceased, thirty-four years of age, and Jan Chodkowski, uncle, thirty-six years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo Wielkie, and they stated that on the first / thirteenth of the same month and year at the hour of four in the afternoon, Franciszek Chodkowski, one and one-half years old, son of the afore-mentioned Ignacy Chodkowski and Salomea née Bobińska, a married couple, died in Chodkowo Wielkie. After visual confirmation of the death of Chodkowski, this document was read aloud to the declarants who do not know how to write, and was signed by me alone.
