No 42 Umiemy
This happened in Zielona on the nineteenth day of July in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-eight at the hour of eight in the morning. There appeared Kacper Chodkowski, a farmer, thirty-five years of age and residing in Umiemy, in the presence of Stanisław Kołakowski, forty-five years of age, and Antoni Milewski, thirty-seven years of age, residing in Umiemy, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born on the sixteenth day of July of this same year at the hour of nine in the morning of his wife Aleksandra née Milewska, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstanty, and his Godparents were Edward Chrzanowski and Klara his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarants, the father, and the witnesses and was signed by Us and the declaring father; the witnesses do not know how to write.

This document was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by Us; the declarants do not know how to write

To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstancja, and her Godparents were Wiktor Bieńkowski and Konstancja his wife. There appeared Kacper Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, in the presence of Felicjan Milewski, twenty-three years of age, and Wojciech Niedziałkowski, thirty years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in [Mosaki]-Rukle the day before yesterday at the hour of twelve noon of his wife Aleksandra née Milewska, twenty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Stanisław, and his godparents were the afore-mentioned Felicjan Milewski from [Mosaki]-Rukle and Ewa Milewska from Łysakowo. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write, and was signed only by Us.
