In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty on the fifth day of the month of April at the hour of ten before noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pałuki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pałuki Gmina, Przasnysz Obwód, in the Płock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwiński, thirty-two years of age, owner of a part [of the village] in Osyski, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home on the second day of April in this same year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Anna née Długołęcka, twenty-four years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the names Ferdynand Stanisław. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Franciszek Suwiński, thirty years of age, together with Józef Długołęcki, seventy years of age, residing in Osyski. We signed this birth record after it had been read aloud to the declarant, the people name in the document do not know how to write.

Ferdynand Stanisław Suwiński was the brother of Józef Andrzej Suwiński, the future husband of Marianna Chodkowska, my 3rd cousin 3X removed.
