Anna Chodkowska, daughter of Leon Chodkowski and Konstancja Milewska, was born on 24 September 1856 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 25 September 1856.

No 54Â Mosaki-Rukle
This happened in Krasne on the thirteenth / twenty-fifth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Leon Chodkowski, forty-one years of age, part owner in [the village of Mosaki]-Rukle, in the presence of Marcin Milewski, fifty-four [years of age, and] Antoni Milewski, forty-six years of age, both part owners in [the village of Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle yesterday at the hour of twelve noon of his wife Konstancja née Milewska, thirty-six years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Anna, and her godparents were Felix Milewski from Kulki and Anna Niesiobędzka from Wielodróż. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write, and was signed by Us.
