She was buried at the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 17 October 1866.

No 63Â [Mosaki]-Rukle
This happened in Krasne on the seventeenth day of October in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-six at the hour of four in the afternoon. There appeared Felix Milewski, twenty-nine years of age, and Antoni Mienkowski, thirty-six years of age, both part owners of [the village in Mosaki]-Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of two in the afternoon, Anna Chodkowski died, a minor child, ten years of age, residing with her brothers in [Mosaki]-Rukle and also born there, daughter of Leon and Konstancja Chodkowski, both deceased. After visual confirmation of the death of Anna Chodkowska, this document was read aloud to the declarants who do not know how to write, and was signed by Us.
