No. 56Â The Village of Mosaki-Rukle
This happened in the church-owned village of Krasne on the twenty-ninth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Faustyn Niedziałkowski, thirty-six years of age, and Wojciech Niedziałkowski, thirty-five years of age, both owners of their parts [of the village] and residing in the village of Mosaki-Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of three in the afternoon, Józef Chodkowski died, a minor child, seven years of age, born in Mosaki-Rukle and residing there with his mother, son of the deceased Leon Chodkowski and his surviving wife née Milewska, residing on the owned part in [Mosaki]-Rukle. After visual confirmation of the death of Józef Chodkowski, this document was read aloud to the declarants who stated that they do not know how to write, and was signed by Us.
