I who am named above [Wojciech Zochowski, Canon Regular of the Laterans] baptized a female child with the names Domicella Anna, daughter of [the legally married couple?] the Nobles Jacek and Ewa née Krzyżewska Chotkowski. The Godparents were the Nobles Antoni Stanisław Grzybowski and Agnieszka Kuligowska.
Domicella Anna Chodkowska was my 4th cousin 4X removed.
