I, Franciszek Sulkowski, pastor of Krasne, baptized an infant with the two names of Wojciech Stanisław, son of the legally married couple, the Nobles Jacek and Ewa née Krzyżewska Chotkowski. The godparents were the Noble Mikołaj Chotkowski and the Noble Agata Żbikowska.
Wojciech Stanisław Chodkowski was my 4th cousin 4X removed.
