He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Przasnysz District, Płock Department, New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia on 01 August 1796.

I, Stanisław Opolski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, baptized an infant with the name Kajetan, son of the legally married couple, the Noble Jacek and Ewa née Chotkowski Krzyżewska Chotkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred font were the Nobles Maciej Krzyżkowski and Marianna Krzyżkowska.
Kajetan Chodkowski was my 4th cousin 4X removed.
