On about 23 Jul 1780, Apolinary Niedziałkowski, son of Andrzej Niedziałkowski and Kunegunda Milewska, was born in Klonowo, ziemia ciechanowska, województwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. He was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, ziemia ciechanowska, województwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 23 Jul 1780.

23rd day [of July 1780] Klonowo
I, who am named above, baptized an infant by the name of Apolinary, son of the nobles Andrzej Niedziałkowski
and Kunegunda Milewska a legally married couple. The Godparents in the S[acred] Font were the nobles Andrzej Łyszkowski and Aleksandra Klonowska.
As with most other Polish records from this time period, this record does not specifically state all the details of the baptism. The record refers to a previous entry for the year (1780).
