Borkowo 88
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the sixth / eighteenth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of two in the afternoon . There appeared Franciszek Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, thirty-five years of age, in the presence of Ignacy Cudnik, thirty-three years of age, together with Roch Niedzwiecki, forty years of age, both farmers from Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Borkowo yesterday at the hour of twelve at night of his wife Franciszka née Grędziszewska, thirty-four years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Stanisław, and his Godparents were Mateusz Gołaś and Rozalia Cudnik . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant father and witnesses.
