321 Borkowo
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the thirtieth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon . There appeared Franciszek Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, forty years of age, in the presence of Jan Paliwoda, forty-seven years of age, together with Ignacy Cudnik, forty years of age, peasant farmers residing in Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Borkowo on the twenty-seventh day of this same month and year at the hour of six in the morning of himself and his wife Franciszka née Grędziszewska, thirty-eight years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day by the Reverend Lutostański was given the name Józef, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Paliwoda and Rozalia Cudnik . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant and witnesses and was signed by Us.
