Jan Milewski, son of Jakub Milewski and Franciszka Suwińska, was born on 27 June 1853 in Klonowo, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 29 June 1853.

Klonowo 68
    This happened in Pałuki on the seventeenth / twenty-ninth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, thirty years of age, in the presence of Józef Suwiński from Rzyski, twenty-six years of age, and Mikołaj Chodkowski from Klonowo, sixty years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of eleven before noon of his wife Franciszka née Suwińska, twenty-nine years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Jan, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Józef Suwiński and Marianna Suwińska . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.

Jan Milewski was the nephew of Józef Andrzej Suwiński, the husband of Marianna Chodkowska, my 2nd cousin 4X removed.
