This happened in Pałuki on the fourteenth / twenty-sixth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, a day-laborer residing in Klonowo, thirty-five years of age, in the presence of Maciej Smoleński, owner of a part [of the village] from Wilka, and Stanisław Oględzki, a servant in the Pałuki church, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in this village on the ninth / twenty-first day of this same month at the hour of three in the afternoon of his wife Franciszka née Suwińska, thirty-four years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Paulina, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Maciej Smoleński and his wife Wiktoria .
