Wincenty Milewski, son of Jakub Milewski and Franciszka Suwińska, was born on 14 January 1850 in Klonowo, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 24 January 1850.

Klonowo 13
         This happened in Pałuki on the twelfth / twenty-fourth day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, twenty-seven years of age, in the presence of Wincenty Bartołd, forty-nine years of age, and Ferdynand Długołęcki, thirty-three years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in this village on the second / fourteenth day of this same month at the hour of twelve at night of his wife Franciszka née Suwińska, twenty-seven years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Wincenty, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Wincenty Bartołd and Julianna Klonowska . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.

Wincenty Milewski was the nephew of Józef Andrzej Suwiński, the husband of Marianna Chodkowska, my 2nd cousin 4X removed.
