Klonowo 75
This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-fifth day of May / sixth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-eight at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, twenty-six years of age, and Ferdynand Długołęcki, thirty years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and they stated that in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of five in the afternoon, Wiktoria Milewska died, four years old, born in Klonowo of the married couple Jakub and Franciszka née Suwińska Milewski . After visual confirmation of the death of Wiktoria, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
[signed] The Reverend Ksawery Nałęcz, Pastor of Pałuki
Wiktoria Milewska was the niece of the husband of my 2nd cousin 4X removed, Marianna Chodkowska. However, there were two daughters named Wiktoria in this family, both born in Klonowo . The first was Anna Wiktoria Milewska who was born on 04 Apr 1844 and who would have been 3 years and 10 months old at the time of this death. The second was Wiktoria Anastasia who was born on 25 Dec 1845 and who would have been 2 years and 4 months old at the time of this death . Based on the age at the time of death, this death record most likely records the death of Anna Wiktoria Milewska.
