Wiktoria Anastasia Milewska, daughter of Jakub Milewski and Franciszka Suwińska, was born on 25 December 1845 in Klonowo, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 28 December 1845.

Klonowo 119
This happened in Pałuki on the sixteenth / twenty-eighth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-five at the hour of four in the afternoon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, owner of a part [of the village] of Klonowo, twenty-three years of age, in the presence of Ferdynand Długołęcki, thirty years of age, and Ignacy Bartołd, forty years of age, both owners of parts in this village, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on the thirteenth / twenty-fifth day of this same month at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Franciszka née Suwińska, twenty-two years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day were given the names Wiktoria Anastasia, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ferdynand Dłegołęcki and his wife Aleksandra . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses. Because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.

Wiktoria Anastasia Milewska was the niece of Józef Andrzej Suwiński, the husband of Marianna Chodkowska, my 2nd cousin 4X removed.
