[Mosaki] Rukle . Â Â  62.

In the year one-thousand eight-hundred eleven, on the fourth day of the month of February at the hour of twelve noon, before Us, the Pastor of Krasne, discharging the duties of Civil Registrar of the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Powiat in the Płock Department, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, forty-seven years of age and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts [of the village], and he showed us a child of the male sex who was born in his home under the number four on the third day of the month of February of the same year at the hour of eight in the morning, stating to Us that he was born of him and his wife, Józefa née Grzybowska, forty years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Błażej. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Jacek Chodkowski, forty-eight years of age and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts [of the village], together with Marek Obiedziński, settled in [Mosaki] Rukle, owner of his parts in Antosy Gmina, the midwife who was twenty-four years of age, whereupon this birth document was read aloud and signed by Us inasmuch as the declaring parties do not know how to write. Błażej Chodkowski was my 1st cousin, 5X removed.

Pius Chodkowski, son of Jan Chodkowski and Józefata Grzybowska died on 28 August 1809 in Mossaki Rukle, Prasnysz Powiat, Płock Department, Duchy of Warsaw. He was buried at the parish church in Krasne, Prasnysz Powiat, Płock Department, Duchy of Warsaw on 29 August 1809.

Mosaki Rukle.In the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine, on the twenty ninth day of the month of August, before Us, the Pastor of Krasne and Civil Registrar of the Krasne Gmina in the Płock Department, Przasnysz Powiat, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, father of the deceased child, and Jakub Mosakowski, neighbor, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Mosaki Rukle, and they reported to Us that on the twenty-eighth day of the month of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred nine at the hour of eleven before noon, Pius Chodkowski died, seven weeks old, of noble standing, son of the well-born Jan Chodkowski and Józefa née Grzybowska, residing in Mosaki Rukle in the house under the number five .  Whereupon this record of death, because the declarants do not know how to write, was read aloud and signed by Us.
