Franciszek Chodkowski, son of Tomasz Chodkowski and Agnieszka Kuligowska, was born on 09 January 1802 in Mosaki Rukle, Przasnysz Kreis, Płock Kammerdepartment, Province of New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia.
