Walenty Chodkowski, son of Tomasz Chodkowski and Agnieszka Kuligowska, was born on 15 February 1798 in Mosaki Rukle, Przasnysz Kreis, Płock Kammerdepartment, Province of New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia.
