Index to the Illustrated Geographic Atlas of the Kingdom of Poland – Powiat Ciechanowski
The Polish Genealogical Society of America (PGSA) hosts a project to index the Illustrated Geographic Atlas of the Kingdom of Poland. I was not initially scheduled to index Powiat Ciechanowski, one of the powiats in which my Niedziałkowski ancestors lived, but the PGSA is now requesting volunteers to index any unindexed powiat, and so I indexed Powiat Ciechanowski. The section numbers in my index refer to the sections drawn on the map of Powiat Ciechanowski on the PGSA website. Continue reading

On 06 Nov 1673, my seventh great-grandparents, Andrzej Niedziałkowski and Anna Kłonowska, residents of Łęki, were married in Pałuki, a village in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
