Karol Marian Suwiński, son of Józef Andrzej Suwiński and Marianna Chodkowska, died on 21 February 1853 in Pajewo-Rzyski, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried at the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 23 February 1853.

[Pajewo-]Rźyski 26.
This happened in Pałuki on the eleventh / twenty-third day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of three in the afternoon . There appeared Mikołaj Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] in Klonowo, fifty-eight years of age, and Błażej Lipowski, owner of a part [of the village] in Cyty, fifty-seven years of age, and they stated that on the day before yesterday at the hour of five in the afternoon, Karol Suwiński died, five weeks of age, born in [Pajewo-]Rźyski, son of the married couple Józef and Marianna née Chodkowska Suwiński . After visual confirmation of the death of Karol, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
