[Pajewo-]Rźyski 37.
This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-sixth day of March / seventh day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-two at the hour of six in the afternoon . There appeared Mikołaj Chodkowski, fifty-nine years of age, and Ludwik Cichowski, thirty-seven years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rźyski, and they stated that in this village, yesterday at the hour of five in the morning, Konstancja Suwińska died, two years of age, born in [Pajewo-]Rźyski, daughter of the married couple Józef and Marianna née Chodkowska Suwiński . After visual confirmation of the death of Konstancja, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
