She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 08 December 1856.

[Pajewo-]Rzyski 124.
This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-sixth day of November / the eighth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Józef Suwiński, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rzyski, twenty-eight years of age, in the presence of Jan Rzeczkowski of Pajewo, forty years of age, and Jan Cichowski of Nieradowo, forty-three years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in [Pajewo-]Rzyski on the twenty-second day of November / fourth day of December of his wife Marianna née Chodkowska, twenty-one years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Anna, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Rzeczkowski and Józefa his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
