Nr 32. Rączki. This happened in Zielona on the sixth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of one in the afternoon . There appeared Wojciech Chodkowski, twenty-two years of age, residing in Rączki, in the presence of Jan Żbikowski, thirty-two years of age, and Paweł Wyżykowski, fifty-five years of age, both residing in Rączki, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born on the third day of this same month and year at the hour of eight in the morning of his wife Joanna née Grabowski, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Ksawera, and her Godparents were Adam Milewski and Magdalena Chodkowska. This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed by Us. The declarant and witnesses do not know how to write.
