Konstancja Chodkowska, daughter of Aleksander Chodkowski and Katarzyna Mossakowska, was born on 26 March 1856 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 26 March 1856.

Nr 17 Mosaki-Rukle
This happened in the village of Krasne on the fourteenth / twenty-sixth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Aleksander Chodkowski, owner [of a part of the village] residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, thirty-five years of age, in the presence of Wojciech Niedziałkowski, twenty-nine years of age, and Józef Milewski, fifty-six years of age, owners of parts [of the village] residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in [Mosaki]-Rukle today at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Katarzyna née Mossakowska, forty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstancja, and her Godparents were Wincenty Obidziński and Konstancja Chodkowska in [Mosaki]-Rukle. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses of whom none are able to write, and was signed by Us.
