Rozalia Chodkowska, daughter of Aleksander Chodkowski and Katarzyna Mossakowska, died on 23 September 1857 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was buried at the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 24 September 1857.

Nr 34. Mosaki-Rukle
This happened in the village of Krasne on the twelfth / twenty-fourth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Aleksander Chodkowski, father of the deceased child, forty-six years of age, and Wojciech Niedziałkowski, thirty years of age, both owners of a part [of the village] and residing in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of six in the morning, Rozalia Chodkowska, a three-year-old child died, born and residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle with her parents, daughter of the married couple Aleksander Chodkowski and Katarzyna Mossakowska. After visual confirmation of the death of Rozalia Chodkowska, this document was read to the declarants who have stated that they do not know how to write, and was signed by Us.
