Teofil Chodkowski, son of Mateusz Chodkowski and Marianna Kuklińska, died on 10 June 1827 in Mosaki-Rukle, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried the parish church in Krasne, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 11 June 1827.

33. Mosaki-Rukle. This happened in Krasne on the eleventh day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-seven at the hour of seven in the evening. There appeared Jan Chodkowski, owner of a part of the village of Mosaki-Rukle, sixty-eight years of age, and Gabriel Obidziński, owner of a part of the village of Mosaki-Rukle, forty-five years of age, both residing in Mosaki-Rukle, and they stated that on the tenth day of this same month at the hour of four in the evening in house number four, Teofil Chodkowski died, seven weeks old, residing in Mosaki-Rukle, son of Mateusz Chodkowski, thirty-five years of age, leaseholder of a part of the village of Grabowo and also residing there, and the deceased Marianna Kuklińska. After visual confirmation of the death of Chodkowski, this document was read aloud to the declarants of whom the first is the grandfather of the deceased and the second is no relation, and was signed by Us; the declarants do not know how to write.
