Michał Chodkowski, son of Leon Chodkowski and Konstancja Milewska, died on 17 April 1853 in Mosaki Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 18 April 1853.

44 . [Mosaki]-Rukle . This happened in the village of Krasne on the sixth / eighteenth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Leon Chodkowski, twenty-eight years of age, and Jan Chodkowski, seventy years of age, both farmers in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of two in the afternoon, Michał Chodkowski died, living with his parents in [Mosaki]-Rukle, one and one-half years of age, son of the married couple Leon and Konstancja Chodkowski of [Mosaki]-Rukle. After visual confirmation of the death of Chodkowski, this document was read to the declarants, the first of whom is the father of the deceased and who do not know how to write.
