Paweł Chodkowski, son of Leon Chodkowski and Konstancja Milewska, was born on 22 January 1849 in Mosaki Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 23 January 1849.

7. [Mosaki]-Rukle . This happened in the village of Krasne on the eleventh/twenty-third day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-nine at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared Leon Chodkowski, a farmer residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of Józef Milewski, forty-nine years of age, and Antoni Milewski, twenty-four years of age, both farmers residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle yesterday at the hour of eleven before noon of his wife Konstancja née Milewska, twenty-seven years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Paweł, and his godparents were the afore-mentioned Józef Milewski and Katarzyna Milewska. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write.
