46    Mosaki-Rukle    19 AugustIn the year above I, Franciszek Przedpełski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, baptized an infant with two names [one word?] Jacek and Roch, son of the legally married couple, the Noble Adam Chotkowski and Julianna née Bieńkowska. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the Reverend Wojciech Nasierowski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, President of the Assembly [one word?] and the Noble Helena Starczewska.
Jacek Roch Chodkowski was my 3rd cousin 5X removed.
