On the day above, an infant by the name of Andrzej was baptized, son of the legally married couple, the Nobles Jan Chotkowski and Józefata née Grzybowska. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were Antoni Grzybowski and Magdalena his wife.
Andrzej Chodkowski was my first cousin 5X removed.
