Pomaski 39.
This happened in the church-owned village of Szwelice on twenty-first day of May / second day of June in the year one thousand eight-hundred thirty-eight at the hour of ten in the morning. Dyonizy Pomaski appeared, twenty-four years old, residing in Pomaski, in the presence of Jan Mossakowski, thirty-six years old, and Józef Sliwowski, thirty-nine years old, residing in Pomaski, and he showed us a child of the male female sex born in Pomaski yesterday at the hour of one at night, born of his wife Wiktoria née Nosarzewska, twenty-two years old. At Holy Baptism performed on this day, the child was given the name Józefa and the Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Mossakowski and Anna Sliwowska. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by us alone because the declarants and witnesses do not know how to write.
