Józefa Niedziałkowska was the first wife of my great uncle, Józef Niedziałkowski. She died on 15 May 1933 in Ciepielewo, Maków Mazowiecki Powiat, Warsaw Voivodeship, Second Polish Republic, and she was buried on 17 May 1933 in Szelków, Maków Mazowiecki Powiat, Warsaw Voivodeship, Second Polish Republic.

This happened in the village of Szelków on the seventeenth day of May in the year one-thousand nine-hundred thirty-three at the hour of ten. There appeared Jan Niedziałkowski, sixty years old, and Józef Olkowski, seventy years old, farmers residing in Ciepielewo, and they stated that on the fifteenth day of May of the current year at the hour of one, Józefa Niedziałkowska died, thirty-eight years old, born in the village of Pomaski-Sikuty, Szwelice parish, residing with her husband in Ciepielewo, daughter of the deceased Antoni Pomaski, a farmer, and his spouse Paulina née Nosarzewska; leaving behind her widowed spouse Józef Niedziałkowski. After visual confirmation of the death of Józefa Niedziakowski, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by us.
