Józef Zygmuntowicz was the half-brother of my second great-grandmother, Ksawera Zygmuntowicz. He died on 02 September 1862 in Łaguny, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland, and he was buried on 03 September 1862 in Zielona, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

Łaguny. This happened in Zielona on the third day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of nine in the morning. Kazimierz Kowalski, thirty years old, and Walenty Bruzda, thirty-seven years old from Łaguny appeared, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of four in the afternoon, Józef Zygmuntowicz died, one-half year old, son of the married couple Stanisław and Anna Zygmuntowicz from Łaguny. After visual confirmation of the death of Józef Zygmuntowicz, this document was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by us. The declarants do not know how to write.
