Franciszek Ksawery Zygmuntowicz was the half-brother of my second great-grandmother, Ksawera Zygmuntowicz. He was born on 03 December 1857Â in Łaguny, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland, and he was baptized on 07 January 1854 in the Roman Catholic Church in Zielona, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

Nr. 94 Łaguny.
This happened in Zielona on the first / thirteenth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of twelve noon. Stanisław Zygmuntowicz appeared, thirty-six years old, residing in Łaguny, in the presence of Jan Juśkielski, thirty-three years old, and Maciej Stelzyński, fifty years old, residing in Łaguny, and he showed us a male child born on the third day of the current month at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Anna née Jemielska, thirty-seven years old. At Holy Baptism performed today, this child was given the names Franciszek Ksawery, and the Godparents were Franciszek Zamojski and Elżbieta Laguna. This document was read to the declarant father and witnesses and was signed by the declarant. The witnesses do not know how to write.
