No 67 . Wiązowna
This happened in the village of Wiązowna on the twenty-fourth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-five at the hour of five in the afternoon . There appeared Wojciech Gutowski, a shoemaker residing here in Wiązowna, forty-three years of age, in the presence of Ksawery Rybińkowski, a cooper, twenty-one years of age, together with Łukasz Zyrzyniski, a day laborer, twenty-one years of age, both residing here in Wiązowna, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born here in Wiązowna on the eighth day of this same month at the hour of five in the morning of his wife Anna née Jabłonowska, thirty-three years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Ludwik, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Ksawery Rybińkowski and Teresa Zyrzyniska, assisted by Łukasz Zyrzyniski and Anna Dąbek . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses because they do not know how to write, and it was signed by Us.
