No 41 . Wiązowna
This happened in the village of Wiązowna on the eighteenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-three at the hour of five in the afternoon . There appeared Wojciech Gutowski, a shoemaker residing here in Wiązowna, forty years of age, in the presence of Jan Anaszewski, a cooper, fifty-eight years of age, together with August Gitler, a cabinet maker, twenty-six years of age, both residing here in Wiązowna, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born here in Wiązowna on the seventh day of this same month at the hour of two in the afternoon of his wife Anna née Jabłonowska, thirty-four years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Aleksander, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Anaszewski and Zofia Służewska, assisted by August Gitler and Zofia Piontkowska . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses because they do not know how to write, and it was signed by Us.
