Antoni Gołaś, son of Wojciech Gołaś and Maryanna Jorzak, was born on 11 June 1860 in Kąty, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized on 17 June 1860 in the parish church in Mały Płock, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

139 Kąty
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the seventeenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon . There appeared Wojciech Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Kąty, forty years of age, in the presence of Antoni Rajnka, thirty-five years of age, together with Mateusz Siwik, twenty-three years of age, peasant farmers from Kąty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Katy on the eleventh of this same month and year at the hour of twelve at night of him and his wife Maryanna née Jorzak, forty years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Lutostański on this day was given the name Antoni and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Antoni Rajnka and Maryanna Marus . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
