104 Borkowo
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the thirtieth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of five in the afternoon . There appeared Wojciech Gołaś, twenty-five years of age, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, in the presence of Jakób Wyrwas, twenty-three years of age, together with Roch Niedzwiecki, fifty years of age, both peasant farmers from Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Borkowo today at the hour of two at night of him and his wife Anna née Marus, twenty-seven years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Burkowski on this day was given the name Andrzej and his Godparents were Andrzej Kłys and Maryanna Kordalwa . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
