Józef Dymek, son of Jakób Dymek and Franciszka Alickowa, was born on 14 May 1854 in Piasutno, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized on 15 May 1854 in the parish church in Mały Płock, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

117 Piasutno
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the third / fifteenth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of eight in the morning . There appeared Jakób Dymek, thirty years of age, a peasant farmer residing in Piasutno, in the presence of Wawrzeniec Trzcinka, thirty-seven years of age, together with Adam Kuza, thirty-five years of age, both farmers from Piasutno, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, born in Piasutno yesterday at the hour of eight in the evening of him and his wife Franciszka née Alicka, twenty-four years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Józef, and his Godparents were Wawrzeniec Trzcinka and Katarzyna Kuzowa . This document was read aloud to the declarant father and witnesses who do not know how to write.
