This happened in the village of Podoś on the sixth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-six at the hour of five in the afternoon. We make it known that in the presence of witnesses the well-born Piotr Łyszkowski, owner of his part [of the village] and residing in Konarzewo Wielki in the parish of Gołymin, forty-one years of age and uncle of the groom, and Piotr Chodkowski, full brother of the bride, owner of his part in Chodkowo Załogi, twenty-nine years of age, on this day a religious marriage was contracted between the well-born Walerian Chmieliński, a twenty-nine year old bachelor in Konarzewo Wielki in the parish of Gołymin, Przasnysz Obwód, residing together with his father on inherited land, born and residing there on his place, [son of] the married couple, the well-born Florian Chmieliński and the deceased Julianna née Łyszkowska, residing as stated above; and Antonina Chodkowska, a twenty-two year old young woman residing with her mother in Chodkowo Załogi and born in that place of the married couple, the deceased well-born Michał Chodkowski and the living Marianna née Milewska, residing as stated above in Załogi on their inherited parts [of the village]. This wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns on the sixteenth, twenty-third, and thirtieth days of July of this same year in the parishes of Podoś and Gołymin; also with the oral consent of the mothers of the newlyweds. No impediment to the marriage was discovered. The newlyweds stated that there was a premarital agreement between them drawn up on the thirteenth day of July of this same year by Antoni Niski in the Obwód Notary Office in Przasnysz. We announce that in the presence of witnesses Paweł Chodkowski of Krzyżewo Nadrzeczne, thirty-four years of age, and Kajetan Chodkowski of Mosaki Rukle, fifty-five years of age, both owners of parts [of their villages], a religious marriage was contracted today between Jan Chodkowski, a young man twenty-one years of age, son of the married couple Franciszek Chodkowski and Franciszka née Długołęcka, both deceased, born in Mosaki Rukle in the parish of Krasne and residing there on inherited lands, and the young woman Józefa Kobylińska, eighteen years of age, daughter of the married couple Adam Kobyliński and Marianna née Krzyżewska, born in Kobylin Szlachecki and residing there on inherited land. This wedding was preceded by three reading of the banns to the people assembled at parish services at the hour of nine in the morning on three successive Sundays, those being on the twenty-ninth of March / the tenth of April, as well as the fifth / seventeenth of April, and the nineteenth / twenty-fourth of April of this same year in the parish churches in Krasne and Węgrzynowo.
