136 Janowo

This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the tenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of two in the afternoon .  There appeared Franciszek Gołaś, a peasant farmer, thirty-four years of age, residing in Janowo, in the presence of Stanisław Bazydła, thirty years of age, together with Stanisław Paliwoda, forty years of age, farmers residing in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Janowo yesterday in this same month and same year at the hour of eight in the morning of him and his wife Franciszka née Piątek, twenty-four years of age .  To this child at Holy Baptism performed by Us on this day was given the name Ignacy and his Godparents were Józef Darmerko and Katarzyna Kopytko .  This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.

This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the twenty-ninth day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of twelve noon .  There appeared Stanisław Bazydło, thirty years of age, and Andrzej Rybka, thirty-one years of age, both peasants in Janowo, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of nine in the morning, Grzegorz died in Janowo, five weeks old, son of the married couple Franciszek and Franciszka Gołaś, peasant farmers residing in Janowo .  After visual confirmation of the death of Gołaś, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by Us.

This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the twenty-second day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of one in the afternoon .  There appeared Franciszek Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Janowo, thirty years of age, in the presence of Grzegorz Symańczyk, forty years of age, together with Stanisław Bazydło, thirty years of age, both farmers in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Janowo yesterday at the hour of ten in the evening of him and his wife Franciszka née Piątek, twenty-six years of age .  To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Lutoskański on this day was given the name Grzegorz and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Grzegorz Symańczyk and Justyna Podsiada .  This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
