Bedy 80.
This happened in Pałuki on the second day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of one in the afternoon . There appeared Jan Suwiński, thirty years of age, and Józef Dzierzęcki, fifty-four years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Bedy, and they stated that in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of twelve noon, Paulina Suwińska died, one year old, born in Bedy, daughter of the declarant Ludwik and Teofila née Niska. After visual confirmation of the death of Antonina, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
